### People's Square: The concert hall that moved

Shanghai Concert Hall began as Nanking Theatre. In the 1990s, work on the Yan'an East Road elevated highway required the entire building to be raised and moved about 66 meters to the southeast.

1933 Old Millfun was completed in 1933 as a slaughterhouse. Its unusually complex concrete structure layers spiraling ramps, bridges, and inner and outer rings around the former processing route.
