Huaihai, Wukang, and Tianping roads squeeze this apartment building into a point.
Wukang Mansion is another László Hudec design, distinguished less by height than by shape. Its triangular site pulls one corner into a narrow point that pushes into the intersection like the bow of a ship.

This building is not in its original place because engineers shifted the whole thing.
Shanghai Concert Hall began as Nanking Theatre. In the 1990s, work on the Yan'an East Road elevated highway required the entire building to be raised and moved about 66 meters to the southeast.

1933 Old Millfun was completed in 1933 as a slaughterhouse. Its unusually complex concrete structure layers spiraling ramps, bridges, and inner and outer rings around the former processing route.
